The screenshot does not show any messages as such. However, if the component was last updated 8 years ago, it was more than likely that its uninstallation script failed.

Before starting the manual uninstallation, make sure you have a full backup of the website, including the database schema, for example through Akeeba Backup, in case something goes wrong.

Use File Manager from the control panel provided by your host and go to the folder administrator/components. View the .xml manifest file that defines the folders and files created by the component. They can be deleted manually from the system.

Use phpMyAdmin or a similar database utility and edit the database table _extensions. Locate the row for this component and delete it. The component must have also created and maintained its own database tables. Those tables can now be dropped.
