Google "error 1364"

I tried google it still and asked my server support to fix it.
And they said: We understand the issue regarding "MySQL Error 1364". Unfortunately, we do not modify the server MySQL configuration file (my.cnf) since it affects other tenants on the same server.

The user who is saying hes getting this error it says field user id doesn't have a default value.
I checked and it does have a value??
