I installed XAMPP 3.2.2 (has PHP 5.6.19), hoping that would enable me to access my old Joomla site, but I get another errorMySQL *is* running (the module shows in green on the XAMPP Control Panel), and I'm at a loss to explain why.
I'd be most grateful for further help with this. The contents (articles/posts) is very precious to us as it's the only place where our diaries of our world trip are kept. Yes, I do have backups of the htdocs folder (Joomla site) but of course that makes no difference, as I still can't open those either!
